Recently, Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery has completed the production of a set of stable soil batching plant integrated machine for customers in Cili County, Zhangjiajie. It is currently carrying out shipments on the plant floor.
This is a new type of integrated stabilized soil batching plant equipment designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery in recent years, which saves overall floor space and shortens the metering distance from the aggregates to the main mixer, thereby increasing production efficiency.
The delivery equipment model is ZWB400 Stabilized Soil Batching Plant, which can be used to produce 400 tons of stable soil every hour. It adopts a non-lining double-horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer machine. It has a reasonable structural design, combining with automatic control system and precision weighing system, making the whole set of equipments with high efficiency, automation and convenient migration.
